What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is only 250 pieces per bobblehead design. Sorry, we cannot make a quantity of less than 250 pieces.
How long does it take to make bobbles?
A rule of thumb is 90-120 days depending on the level of complexity. In some cases we must start with an artistic sketch of the proposed bobble (one week), other times we’re able to work from your photographs. Once the pose is determined, we make a mold of your bobble (7-14 days). Upon completion of the mold, we send you a sample for final approval (1 week). After you approve your sample, we begin production. Depending on the quantity ordered and detail involved, production and delivery to your destination is approximately 60 days (includes production time and ocean freight) from sample approval.
What size are your bobbles?
Most of the bobbles we make are 7″ -7.5″ tall. We can make 4″ bobbles; bobble key-chains, double bobbles and other resin products. Please contact us for a price quote.
What materials are the bobbles made of?
Our bobbles are made of poly-resin. Each design is handcrafted and hand-painted. A 7.5″ bobble will weigh as much as 1 lb each. These are collectible pieces of art, not a plastic toy.
How much do they cost?
Pricing depends on quantity purchased, size and complexity of the bobble design. A 7.5″ bobble can cost as little as $3.65 each (10,000 pieces) and as much as $13.00 each (250 pieces). For a current price list of our custom bobbles, please click here.
What are the payment terms?
The deposit to start an order is $1000.00 prepaid by a Visa or MasterCard. 50% of your order total is due upon sample approval, the balance including any freight from our Chicago Area facility to your door, is due prior to final shipment.
Where are the bobbles made?
The bobbles are made in our factory in China.
How are the bobbles packaged?
Standard packaging is a plain white box with clam shell insert. 4-color window boxes and die-cut gift boxes are available, subject to quote. The minimum quantity for custom packaging is 5,000 pieces.
Do you have a catalog?

What type of artwork is required to make a bobble?
Hand sketches, photos,. jpgs, etc. It’s always best to have images from all four sides.
Can I make a bobble of myself?
Do you have a big ego? If you can pay, you can bobble!
Can I make a bobble of Steph Curry, Patrick Kane or Tom Brady?
Not unless you’re the licensee of the image you want to create. Proof of license is required.
I see a bobble on your website that I want to buy, can I?
Bobble Factory is a wholesale supplier of custom bobble head dolls. We manufacture bobbles to our customer’s specifications. We do NOT keep inventory or sell retail.
Can I get a sample?
If you’re very serious about ordering and would like to see our quality, first-hand, prior to ordering, then we’ll send you a RANDOM sample. You can submit a sample request on our contact us page. Requests made without a phone number will not be processed.
